Aaron Hernandez’s house, car, and a now stream nearby have been searched by Massachusetts police on Monday in an attempt to find clues in connection with the murder of Odin Lloyd.
At least six officers took part in the search of the North Attleboro home belonging to the New England Patriots’ tight end, according to NFL News. One officer had a metal detector and another was clad in scuba gear.
No arrest warrants have been issued for Hernandez for the murder of Lloyd, who was found shot and killed in an industrial area around a mile from his home. He was recently seen with Lloyd.
Before noon on Monday, investigators told the Boston Globe that nothing was found.
A spokesperson with Bristol District Attorney C. Samuel Sutter Jr. told the paper that the investigation is still ongoing, but she offered no further details.
Lloyd’s body was found on June 17 and an autopsy confirmed that he was murdered, according to NFL News.
Family members told The Associated Press that Lloyd had some connections to Hernandez. Before he was killed, video footage showed Herandez with Lloyd just hours before.
