To Whom It May Concern,

I just finished a phone call with Ms. Nice on your subscription hotline. She was very professional and speaking with her was absolutely pleasant. I have had a printed subscription with your paper since December 19. I appreciate the content of your paper and the fight against socialism and communism.

My current financial situation will not allow me to continue my subscription. Ms. Nice worked with me and changed my attitude from assuming your firm was more greedy than getting content out and I was very upset. Since the coronavirus, my family has suffered severe financial hardship.

Ms. Nice calmed me down and changed my attitude from very subscribing and telling my friends never to subscribe to something I could work with and giving your company an excellent referral.

Ms. Nice is definitely someone I would love to have on my team if I had a business like yours.

People are quick to complain and slow to praise. Thank you and your company for enlightening folks
