Expansive terraces designed with entertaining in mind, private inset pools, a double-height living spaces across half and full floor layouts, are among the opulent luxuries defining the premium tower residence collection at One Riverside Park.

These four-to-seven bedroom residences start on the 18th floor and run through to the 35th floor at the top of the building. They offer sweeping views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline.

The asking price for a 6,058 square foot duplex spanning the 21st and 22nd floors is $25.75 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom, apartment has 3,621 square feet of terrace with west, south, and east exposures, and a private terrace-level swimming pool. It also features a private dining room, and a library with a wet bar.

Residents in the building will have access to more than 50,000 square feet of amenities, including an athletic club and spa, a 24-hour concierge, a residents’ Lounge, a screening room, an entertaining room with a catering kitchen, a billiards and game room, an indoor playground, a landscaped garden courtyard, and a shuttle service.

Eighty-five percent of the 219 residences in the 35-story luxury condominium tower are now sold.
