Back to the Future, or whatever. As predicted by this column and echoed by Epoch Times senior editor Jan Jekielek, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is running for president.

This should be welcome news to all Americans of both parties.

The Democratic Party, from Barack Obama to Joe Biden, has been leading our country poco-a-poco into the communist hands of the World Economic Forum and its brother in globalist crime: the World Health Organization.

Kennedy, a very bright guy, like him or not, won’t do that. His father and uncle, Robert Kennedy and John F. Kennedy, wouldn’t have done that.

If you doubt Kennedy’s intelligence, I suggest you read his book “The Real Anthony Fauci.” It will have a double effect—you will see the man is indeed extremely smart (the research involved was monumental) and that Dr. Fauci is among the most dangerous frauds of our time (assuming you didn’t know that already).

This announcement also is likely to make a lot of Democratic Party leaders’ heads explode. They won’t know how to deal with Kennedy, despite the haunting past.

Nor will the mainstream media that has been strangely silent on the potential of his candidacy until now. They must fear his upending their endless pro-vaccine narrative that has come close to destroying this nation.

Further, can you imagine Kennedy on a debate stage with Biden or Kamala Harris?

It won’t be easy to duck him, though they will try. He is, after all, a Kennedy and therefore Democratic Party royalty, more than the tarnished Clintons, really. (Well, except for Teddy, of course)

Some will say he can’t handle this because he has a rare vocal problem called spasmodic dysphonia. But having heard him on his “Tool of Tyrants” interviews for EpochTV, I don’t think that will be a great problem.

What we need in this country is new blood, especially in the Democratic Party.

For similar reasons, it’s good that Vivek Ramaswamy has thrown his hat in the ring on the Republican side.

New people, new thoughts.

And speaking as a columnist, this is great for us scriveners. Writing about Biden is like writing about a mummy in a sarcophagus.

There’s not all that much to say.

Now, I would like to be clear that in the area of the environment and climate change, I am in serious disagreement with Kennedy and, for that reason, would be highly unlikely to support him. I am also skeptical, even though he has shown scientific scholarship, that he might change on the issue. The Democratic Party would never allow it and he probably wouldn’t allow himself to think about it for that reason.

Nevertheless, his entry in the 2024 presidential contest is a bit of fresh air that we should all applaud. Would you prefer Pete Buttigieg?

That’s all I have to say for now. This is Passover, the sun’s setting and I am off to a seder at Chabad.

More on this subject soon.
