Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey in “Fifty Shades of Grey,” joined Instagram, and also did the ice bucket challenge.
He posted a video of himself doing the challenge on YouTube along with Eddie Redmayne.
Dornan was nominated by Redmayne. After he dunked water over his head, he the nominated Andrew Garfield.
Reports this week also indicated that an upscale Seattle building where Grey is supposed to live has generated a great deal of interest.
The building--called Escala--has been the subject of interest primarily of women between the ages of 19 and 50, according to CNN.
“Our silly phone calls have spiked again where people want to rent the room,” real estate agent Erik Mehr told CNN Money. “I don’t think they realize that this is a condominium building that residents live in and there is no red room.”
The most expensive penthouse in the building was purchased by an Oregon family for $6.2 million.
The “Fifty Shades” movie is slated to come out February 2015.
