300 Residents in High-Rise Building in Harbin Quarantined
Location: Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, ChinaOn Feb. 24, a patient in Harbin City was diagnosed with coronavirus on Feb. 24, 2020. All of his neighbors from the No. 2 Building of Baoyu neighborhood, about 300 people, were sent to a designated hotel to be quarantined. The notice on the right says every resident must cooperate or legal action will be pursued.
