FBI toxicology tests have confirmed that the deaths earlier this year of 3 American tourists in the Dominican Republic were due to natural causes, the U.S. State Department said, according to ABC.
According to the statement from the U.S. State Department, the tests were in conformity with those from the Dominican Republic authorities.
