Three people in California were killed following a dispute about a rental agreement, local police officials confirmed.

A 20-year-old woman, Jordan Guzman, and her 18-year-old boyfriend, Anthony McCloud, are accused of killing 46-year-old Wendy Lopez-Araiza, her 21-year-old daughter Genesis Lopez-Araiza, and 18-year-old Trinity Clyde, said Hemet Police.
