Three small earthquakes hit the Los Angeles metro area on Saturday morning, centered around Granada Hills.
The US Geological Survey said at least one of them was registered as a magnitude-3.1 on the Richter scale. The 3.1 temblor hit at around 7:54 a.m. local time. A 2.7-magnitude quake and a 2.1-magnitude quake hit the area just minutes before that.
A number of locals on Twitter said they could feel at least one of the quakes.
