Man, 22, Charged With Killing Roommate in Mission Viejo

MISSION VIEJO, Calif.—A 22-year-old Mission Viejo man was charged March 23 with killing his roommate in the city.

Guy Michael Levy, who was being held on $1 million bail, was accused of fatally shooting 22-year-old Noah Christian Aguilar, according to Orange County sheriff’s deputies. He was charged with murder with a sentencing enhancement for the discharge of a firearm causing death.

Deputies were dispatched to the 27000 block of Ruisenor at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday. When they arrived, they found the victim, who sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.
