Locals in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, located 60 miles north of Philadelphia, are concerned about loud booms.

In Upper Black Eddy, 20 loud bangs have plagued locals since April. Fox29 reported that everyone in the town has heard the blasts, including one local who heard a blast at 3:30 a.m.
