A 19-year-old Canadian man has been arrested for posting threats on Twitter directed at Parliament Hill, the federal Department of Defense, and the Chinese and American embassies in Ottawa, police say.

In a Jan. 3 news release, RCMP identified the man as Daniel Houde from Ottawa, saying Houde was “taken into custody and released on conditions.”
