An 18-year-old Baltimore man was shot dead early morning on Monday Feb. 15, police said.
The victim, who has not yet been publicly identified, was found shot in the head around 3:30 a.m. in Hillen on E. 31st Street near Hillen Road by officers who responded to a report of a shooting.
The victim was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead there.
Several witnesses are being interviewed by detectives, reported Fox Baltimore.
