CNN’s June 27 presidential debate’s qualification criteria for Mr. Kennedy differ from those for President Biden and President Trump, the complaint alleges.
“I’m asking for the Libertarian Party’s endorsement, or at least lots of your votes ... based on my four year, very outstanding presidential record,” he said.
