NORTHAMPTON, U.K.—Some performances are timeless. They tell a story that doesn’t bend or change over time. Within that, Shen Yun Performing Arts seeks to portray unchanging beauty and compassion to audiences worldwide.
“It is uplifting. It’s telling a story of all through the different ages. And I just thought it was absolutely beautiful. I like the Chinese culture. Everybody should come and see this. It really is beautiful,” said Tracy Newman, an automotive quality engineer.
“I was bowled over. It’s so evocative and very uplifting. It is enchanting and enlightening. It’s beautiful,” said Ms. Newman.
“The production, the dancing, the performers, the whole stage, the effects—it’s incredible. It was an amazing evening. And I really, really appreciate all the effort that’s gone into it that can bring it all over the world. Fabulous. Love it,” said Ms. Newman.
“I think I got quite emotional. I love the traditional female and the male dancers. It was just stunning. So thank you very much for having me. I loved it. Thank you,” said Ms. Newman.
“It’s very sad. They’re missing out,” commented Ms. Newman.
“I think it’s very relevant politically. And also, I think it is sending a message about China. I visited China and know the restrictions of China for the Chinese people,” said Ms. Newman.
