LOS ANGELES—Authorities sought public help Dec. 1 to find two masked men who robbed a woman as she returned to her Hancock Park home from a walk with her infant child in a stroller.

The Los Angeles Police Department released security video of the crime, which occurred at about 5:10 p.m. on Nov. 28 at an undisclosed address.

The woman had opened the security gate leading into her driveway and was walking toward her front door when she was confronted by the suspects, who walked into the driveway before the automatic gate fully closed and “demanded that she hand over property,” police said.

“Fearing for her and her child’s safety, the victim complied and allowed [one] suspect to take her diaper bags and bottle cooler,” police said.

“The two suspects proceed to run into a waiting vehicle that was parked across the street from the victim’s home and flee northbound from the location.”

The vehicle was described only as a silver sedan with tinted windows.

The men were believed to be in their 20s, and both wore masks. One wore a black hoodie, red sweatpants with white writing or a logo, and white shoes. The other wore a gray hoodie, black sweatpants, and black shoes.

Anyone with information on the crime was urged to call detectives at 213-922-8217, 877-LAPD-247, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
