Call Center Customer Retention Specialists

Job Description:
• Demonstrate a high standard for customer service excellence and strong attention to detail.
• Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer’s concern and evaluate their needs.
• Drive client satisfaction by proactively resolving client issues and concerns.
• Accurately document the proper actions taken on each account.
• Increase customer retention, resale, brand loyalty, and advocacy.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers in challenging situations and provide retention solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complaints.
• Manage multiple systems and computer applications simultaneously.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience with subscription service industry highly preferred.
• 1 or 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience, with strong objection handling skills, preferred.
• Excellent phone skills with ability to effectively deliver information and respond to questions of a varying nature.
• Ability to quickly assess difficult situations and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with Windows or MAC OS, MS Office Suite; ability to quickly navigate through multiple applications.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or more.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends).
