This young man’s transformation from 215lbs to a MUSCULAR 132lbs will inspire you!

After a young man became self-conscious about what people thought and said about his weight, he decided he had enough, and wanted to change.

This young man, Anthony, 16, weighed 200lbs (91kg) in June 2009, and one month later, he put on an extra 10 pounds. By 17, he was at 215lbs (97kg).

He decided that he had to try another diet. Why another diet? Because, he had never stuck with one diet for more than a month. Two weeks into his new diet, and he lost 10 pounds, and a further 15 pounds the following month.

Whilst he was studying for his senior year, he decided to diet even harder. Three months later, he could no longer wear his old jeans as he shed another 40 pounds.

Within two years, he muscled up, losing 80lbs (36kg) of fat and gaining 5 pounds of muscle, and weighing 132lbs (60kg).

What’s left from his previous days are “scars” below his stomach. The scars are wrinkles of loose skin that appeared after dramatically losing so much weight.

He documented his transformation in a video and uploaded to YouTube, gaining over 18 millions views. In the video Anthony said, “anyone can change themselves, they just need a motive,” and he found his, and it changed his life. He added that, “you can do whatever you want, all you need is motivation” and he described himself as living proof.
