New York-based roaster Birch Coffee has opened its eighth location, this time in SoHo.
“While there are a number of places for great coffee in Soho, we’re excited to bring the Birch Coffee experience, with our emphasis on great customer service, to the neighborhood,” said Birch co-founder Jeremy Lyman. “We’ve designed the look and feel to reflect the area’s art and fashion notoriety and are excited to become part of this iconic neighborhood.”
Founders Lyman and Paul Schlader have plans to expand into Brooklyn this year.
Birch, which was started in 2009, sources its beans directly from coffee farms worldwide and roasts them at its Long Island City roast house.
