Microsoft HoloLens Headset to Ship to Developers on March 30

Microsoft announced it will start to ship its HoloLens augmented reality headset to developers on March 30. The device, which scans the user’s surroundings and combines them with holographic images, will cost the developers $3,000 a piece.

The tech company also released technical specifications of the gadget. It weights almost 1.3 pounds, its battery lasts 2-3 hours and it features multiple microphones, sensors, and cameras.
