When driving an automobile, it is most important to obey traffic laws, not just to save money on fines, but to ensure the safety and convenience of everyone.

Even in situations where it doesn’t seem like there is any danger of being caught, you should always make sure you are not doing anything you shouldn’t, for reasons that may not be immediately clear.

A parking ticket is going to be the least of their problems!

In this story, a driver illegally left a $257,000 (£200,000) Ferrari in a car park overnight, assuming that they could pick it up in the morning with no problem.

Always check nearby signs!

The car happened to be parked directly on the site of the Brighton Marina Sunday market. According to the organizer, the car had been parked near a large sign stating that the area is used for a market on Sundays, so parking overnight on Saturday evenings was prohibited.

“He returned to find it surrounded by a crowd in one of the UK’s most popular tourist spots,” claimed one witness.

No, the car’s not for sale!

The driver was chastised by a security guard and had to carefully maneuver out of the flea market in the car.

“He had to drive through the market making sure he didn’t hit any customers or traders’ goods that they spread out on the floor,” said a witness, according to the Daily Mail.

The driver’s identity was not released to the public, but hopefully it was learned that parking illegally, even in a fancy car, does not equal a fun time.
