Grandfather and beekeeper, John Charlton, now 85, was just 13 years old when he first began beekeeping. He started it as a way to beat the rheumatic fever that was plaguing him.
He is now believed to be the oldest beekeeper in the world.
In his 71 years of keeping bees, he estimates that he has cared for hundreds of hives and millions of insects during those years.
He even discovered a new parasite no one else had known about.
