During concerts, you never know what is going to happen. During Drake concerts, people always have a good time and his concert clips are always shown on the internet.
But this particular show went viral for a different reason.
Drake made a special public service announcement.
During his show, he stopped in the middle of his song, “Know Yourself,” and told the DJ to stop the music.
From the tone of his voice, you could guess that the Canadian rapper was not happy.
Drake shifted his body to the edge of the stage and made sure his message got across clearly. He pointed at a man directly—and told him to stop groping women at his show.
“If you don’t stop touching girls, I’m gonna come out there and [beat] you up,” Drake said in the Storyful video on Youtube.
He seriously disciplined this man and made sure that everyone knew he was not kidding.
“I’m not playing with you man, what’s wrong with you?”
Drake does not tolerate disrespect.
Because Drake is such a big deal and has so many fans, taking matters into his own hands caused the crowd to get excited. During Drake’s well-needed rant, the crowd screamed and applauded with approval.
The topic of men touching women and doing inappropriate things is constantly talked about. Wrong is wrong, but when a celebrity steps up and does the right thing—it is amazing.
You can’t get anything past Drake.
