Chef Wylie Dufresne returns to New York City’s dining scene via a donut shop, located inside The William Vale hotel in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Du’s Donuts will serve New England-style cake donuts and crullers in intriguing flavor combinations such as peanut butter and yuzu, coffee malt, banana graham, and Mexican hot chocolate. The shop also serves coffee by Brooklyn Roasting Company.
Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. until donuts sell out.
