Carrie Underwood may still be healing after suffering from a nasty fall that broke her wrist and gashed her face last November, but that hasn’t stopped her from working hard and staying in tip-top shape. And it looks like she’s getting some help in her recovery efforts from her darling family.

On Feb. 10, the country music superstar shared a couple of photos on Instagram showing her spending some time in a home gym with her two best workout buddies – husband Mike Fisher and son Isaiah, who will celebrate his third birthday at the end of February.

“My boys make workouts fun (and a bit less productive, but that’s OK)! #StayThePath,” the 34-year-old hit-maker captioned the adorable family photos, which you can see below.

In this first shot, Carrie appears to be doing a squat. She dons some stylish workout clothes from her Calia athlesiure line, and stands with her back straight and knees bent. She also incorporates a resistance band in her pose. Meanwhile, Isaiah is seen adorably mimicking his mother’s moves while wearing a red resistance band around his knees. The photo doesn’t show Carrie’s face, as she keeps her attention focused on her toddler.

If you click to the right, a second snapshot shows Carrie’s hubby, Mike, indulging in a fun father/son moment with the couple’s child. The NHL star, who recently announced he is coming out of retirement and returning to the Nashville Predators for the rest of the season, appears to be challenging his son to a push-up.

Too cute.

While Carrie has been sharing plenty of re-posts on Instagram, these photos mark the first time she has posted a full-length shot of herself since her “hard spill,” which occurred on the front steps of her Tennessee home last fall, requiring her to get a metal plate surgically installed in her wrist and more than 40 stitches in her face. Since Carrie’s face isn’t visible in the pictures, it’s quite possible she may still need more time to get comfortable in front of the camera again as she continues to heal.

You will recall that fans at first only learned of Carrie’s wrist injury following her fall. It wasn’t until later that she detailed even more information about the freak accident. In a lengthy note to members of her fan club, she revealed that she had also suffered damage to her beautiful face and told them she might not look quite the same after her recovery.

“I am determined to make 2018 amazing and I want to share things with you along the way. And when I am ready to get in front of a camera, I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different,” she wrote at the time.

Weeks after revealing the news about her face, Carrie took to Instagram with an update on her wrist. The optimistic star shared a post-surgery X-ray that showed the metal structure keeping it together. But she happily captioned the photo with the words, “I’m good to go!”

We’re glad to hear that Carrie is doing much better these days. Carrie you truly are a champion!
