A recent autopsy report for the late Carrie Fisher—who played Princess Leia in George Lucas’s original Star Wars trilogy—found that she had cocaine in her system right before she died.

The Monday report showed that she also had traces of MDMA—ecstasy—and heroin in her system, The Associated Press reported. It’s unclear what impact the cocaine and other drugs found in her system had on her death last December.

Fisher fell ill on a plane ride to Los Angeles before she was rushed to a nearby hospital due to a cardiac arrest. She died four days later, aged 60.

Coroner’s officials also ruled that she died of sleep apnea and other factors.

“Based on the available toxicological information, we cannot establish the significance of the multiple substances that were detected in Ms. Fisher’s blood and tissue, with regard to the cause of death,” the report states, Variety reported.

The report indicates she may have taken cocaine three days before her death. It also notes a likely exposure to heroin, which could have suppressed her breathing. “The exposure to cocaine took place sometime approximately in the last 72 hours of the sample that was obtained,” stated the report, People reported.

Fisher was also taking Prozac, Lamictal, and Abilify under a prescription.

“The manner of death has been ruled undetermined,” the coroner’s report concluded.

Fisher’s only child, Billie Lourd, issued a statement following the release of the report.

“My mom battled drug addiction and mental illness her entire life. She ultimately died of it. She was purposefully open in all of her work about the social stigmas surrounding these diseases.

“She talked about the shame that torments people and their families confronted by these diseases. I know my Mom, she’d want her death to encourage people to be open about their struggles. Seek help, fight for government funding for mental health programs. Shame and those social stigmas are the enemies of progress to solutions and ultimately a cure. Love you Momby.”
