If you received a smart speaker for the holidays and are still unsure how to use it, you’re not alone.

Maria Actis received a Google Home Mini as part of her family’s Secret Santa gift exchange and as evidenced by the video her grandson filmed of her, she doesn’t fully understand how to use it. But one thing she does know is that it’s a mystery as to how the device works.

“Ok Goo, Goo!”

According to PEOPLE, the 85-year-old Italian grandmother received the smart speaker from her grandson’s girlfriend. She was thrilled with the gift and eager to show it off to everyone, but didn’t quite understand how to use it.

Her grandson, Ben Actis, filmed her and uploaded a clip of her onto YouTube. As of January 2nd the clip has been viewed more than 1.4 million times.

Maria’s family encouraged her, but she had a hard time talking to the Google Home Mini.

As her family laughs along with her, Maria asks Google about the weather and even tries to get the device to sing her a song.

Despite everyone telling her she needs to say “Ok, Google” or “Hey, Google” to wake up the smart speaker, Maria’s accent makes it sound like she’s yelling “Goo Goo” at the speaker. Finally, she gets an answer to one of her questions.

She’s amazed, but also slightly frightened by the technology.

Whether or not the Google Home Mini will always understand Maria, it looks like she and her family will have a fun time trying to communicate with it.
