A United Airlines employee was filmed apparently pushing an elderly flier to the ground—in a video that was captured in 2015 but was revealed this week.

The passenger filed a $1 million lawsuit against the airline for the incident captured in the video, USA Today reported. He alleges negligence.

It comes about two months after a passenger-dragging video surfaced, showing passenger Dr. David Dao being pulled through a plane’s aisle. The video was turned into a meme and turned into a public relations disaster for United.

In the latest video, 71-year-old Ronald Tigner was involved in a confrontation with a United employee. He’s appears to be pushed to the ground in the video, which was released to NBC affiliate KPRC-TV in Houston. The footage was apparently captured at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

United, in a statement to the Washington Post, said it’s “disturbed by the completely unacceptable behavior shown in a video of a customer and a former United employee.”

It added the employee is no longer with the firm.

“The actions shown here do not reflect our core values or our commitment to treat all of our customers with respect and dignity,” United said. “We are reviewing all circumstances surrounding this incident and reaching out to our customer through his attorney to profusely apologize for what occurred and to make this right.”

“This is just one of the most inhumane things I’ve ever seen in my life,” William Hoke, the attorney, said while talking to KPRC. “It’s astonishing,” he noted. “It’s outrageous.”

“We want people to come forward who’ve been treated just like Mr. Tigner and like Dr. Dao, any of the other people who’ve flown United and been treated this way, because this has to stop,” he continued.

“He laid there lifeless for several minutes,” Hoke said. “Not one United employees [came] to check on him … They literally left him there like a piece of garbage.”

The New York Post reported that the employee was identified as Alejandro Anastasia.

“Anastasia was looking at Mr. Tigner and started smiling and said, ‘Can’t you see we’re busy?’ and there’s no one in the vicinity of these two employees,” Hoke added. “And he tells Anastasia to wipe that smile off his face. That’s when Anastasia says, ‘I’ll kick your (expletive)’ and shoves Tigner to the ground.”
