The questionnaire that was given to 500 potential jurors before the George Zimmerman trial has just been released, and it misspells Trayvon Martin’s name.

Local Florida broadcaster WESH-TV uploaded the document online, and according to that version Martin’s name is spelled “Travyon” instead of “Trayvon.”

The name is misspelled in question one, which has two parts. The first asks if the potential juror has ever heard of George Zimmerman. The second asks if the potential juror has ever heard of Travyon Martin.

Martin’s name is spelled correctly in an earlier part of the document.
