The iPhone 6s is now in the hands of millions of consumers who helped Apple set a new iPhone sales record this past weekend. The phone is better than its predecessor in every way, but that doesn’t mean the device is free of all flaws. After a recent report detailed a potentially annoying overheating issue affecting some users, other people have noticed four more issues that might affect overall iPhone 6s experience.

Interestingly, one of the issues still concerns heat, but it’s related to the home button that houses the Touch ID fingerprint sensor. Apparently, some of these buttons get very hot and the handset can’t be turned on as a result. This happens both during charging while the phone is just sitting idle. Some users have discovered that resetting the handset (holding town the power and home buttons for 10 seconds) might fix the issue. But you'd better take the device to an Apple retail store if you’re experiencing this problem.

Some people even report the iPhone turns off without any reason or warning, and the power problems do not seem to be related to the temperature of the home button.

Other users have been experiencing sound issues on the two devices. Specifically, the speakers on some phones seem to distort the sound when played with the volume maxed out.

Finally, one of the best new features of the iPhone also seems to be giving some iPhone 6s owners headaches. 3D Touch seems to fail to open links in Safari on occasion, some users have said, though the issue can be fixed with a device reset.

Apple will likely fix these issues, as long as they’re caused by software problems, in future iOS 9 updates. In fact, the company already released a second update for iOS 9 (iOS 9.0.2). Meanwhile, any hardware problems should be addressed in Apple retail stores where staff can better assess the issues and replace faulty components or devices.

On the 64GB iPhone 6s model I purchased, I haven’t been able to replicate any of these problems. There’s no overheating home button, no unexpected shutdowns, no sound issues and no 3D Touch incidents, at least so far.
