Star Wars Episode VII rumors continue flying, especially about who will be among the cast and characters.

The latest rumors add several names to the mix.

These include Michael Fassbender, a rising star who was recently in “12 Years a Slave,” and Jesse Plemons, who starred in the television series “Breaking Bad.”

Another two actors who possibly have meetings scheduled with or had meetings with director J.J. Abrams are Adam Driver of “Girls” and Hugo Weaving, best known as Agent Smith in “The Matrix” films, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Numerous actors and actresses have been linked to the highly anticipated film, which is slated to come out in December 2015.

Among them are Benedict Cumberbatch of “Star Trek” and “Sherlock;” Chiwetel Ejiofor of “12 Years a Slave” and “2012;” and Michael B. Jordan of “Fruitvale Station” and “Chronicle.”

The revised script is focusing on the Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia, which has shifted some of the casting. Episode VIII and Episode IX are slated to focus on the offspring of these characters, according to the Reporter.

Abrams is casting a wide net and meeting with “everyone,” sources told the Reporter. Abrams already met with Fassbender in December. Weaving is said to be eyed for an Imperial commander.
