U.S. Snowboarding and Freeskiing Grand Prix

Skier David Wise goes upside down while competing in the men’s freeskiing halfpipe final during the U.S. Snowboarding and Freeskiing Grand Prix at Mammoth Mountain on March 4, in Mammoth, Calif. After crashing on his first run Wise scored a 94.4 to win the event, his third straight victory. Said Wise afterward, according to usfreeskiing.com, “Going into my second run I was like ‘Hey you know what? This is just another run. You’ve done a million of these and all you have to do it get out there and land on your feet.’ That’s all that really matters.”
