Despite no cameras allowed in the federal courthouse where Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev appeared and pled not guilty on July 10, Russia Vesti TV has posted a video using the CC TV in the courthouse. He appears after the 1:40 mark.
