NEW YORK— Owner of Rapid Realty, Anthony Lolli, is thinking outside of the box to boost employee morale. His employees get 15 percent pay raise if they tattoo the company logo on their body, reported CBS news.

“I was like, why am I throwing my money away when I could give myself from a $25,000 to $40,000 for the same amount of work?” Stephanie Barry, a Rapid Realty employee, told CBS.

The idea was inspired by one of his employees who voluntarily got a tattoo of the company logo with his own money.

At least 40 Rapid Realty employees now have a tattoo of the company logo. There are no size or location requirements.

However, not everyone is as eager to jump on board with the new company initiative.

“Absolutely not,” David Frankel of the Lower East Side told CBS.

It’s a scar for life. I have enough of those,” said another employee.
