Prince William has been extremely supportive of his wife, Kate Middleton, as she deals with a difficult pregnancy, according to reports. Meanwhile, there’s been rumors that the royal couple has been fighting.

Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, has been bed-ridden with Hypermesis Gravidarum, a complication that arises in some pregnant women.

“It’s been so difficult, but she has all the people she loves around her,” a source with the royal family was quoted by the Irish Independent as saying.

The insider added: “William’s been amazing throughout all of this. He’s in constant communication with the doctors. He doesn’t like seeing Kate unwell and just wants her to get better so they can enjoy the rest of the pregnancy.”

Prince George, the couple’s son, is being cared for by nanny Maria Borrallo. “You can’t let him out of your sight for a millisecond,” the source continued, referring to George. “He’s very curious - he opens anything with a door or a lid.”

Reports have indicated Kate is currently staying at her mother’s home in Bucklebury.

Meanwhile, the reports about Kate’s condition have been dogged about rumors that the two are “fighting.”

“Although we aren’t exactly sure what spurred Prince William and Kate Middleton’s fight and falling out, but we are sure there was one. Kate Middleton’s entire medical staff was at Kensington and she was being waited on hand and foot,” reads an article from gossip site Celeb Dirty Laundry, which hasn’t always been that accurate with its information in the past.

“Something had to have happened between Kate and Will to inspire Kate to fight with the prince, pack her bags and go running back to her parents’ house in Buckelbury. Why else would she have given up around the clock service and her personal medical staff?” the site asked.

The site has posted several articles about the couple fighting but offers no sources other than tabloids.

Meanwhile, a few days ago, a source told the Daily Mail recently that Kate has been “struggling terribly” with her pregnancy, adding that she “hasn’t been at all well.”

“Kate is feeling so lousy that she just wanted to be with her family and out of public view. She is extremely close to [her mother] Carole, who is very much a hands-on grandmother. Between her and their nanny, Maria, Kate has all the help she needs with George while she is feeling so sick,” a source said.

Hyperemesis gravidarum is described as “a horrendous, grueling, protracted condition that leaves the people who suffer from it in a horrid state.”

Kate and William are slated to make an appearance to greet the president of Singapore on Queen Elizabeth II’s behalf. They will welcome the president and his wife at the Royal Garden Hotel, which neighbors Kensington Palace, before going with them to the Horse Guards Parade for a ceremonial greeting.

Kate has not been seen in official capacity since August. She also has not been seen publicly since the pregnancy was announced Sept. 8, and as a result, she’s canceled several royal engagements.
