Pergola is kicking off brunch service Saturday, March 29, 11 a.m.–4 p.m., with a traditional Arabic breakfast to share for $35. On the menu are à la carte items like shakshouka and the Pergola Benedict with spanakopita. Guests can indulge in mimosas and express manicures by celebrity manicurist Gerry Holford in the upstairs lounge for $15.
