NEW YORK—New York Fashion Week starts Feb. 6, but with the new bout of winter weather, it seems like we will have to think twice about our selected outfits.

Messy, stormy winter days make it almost impossible to look neat or even human. Not to mention to look fashionable enough for the lenses of streetstyle photographers. They will probably have a tough time too.

But maybe not.

While some fair weather fashionistas may be dreading their transformation into a walking puff balls, some bloggers know how to keep it stylish. Watch this slideshow to get some inspiration for Fashion Week winter (not)layering.
