First quarter recap: Heat 27, Spurs 25.

Both teams started off shooting hot, as the Spurs (which hit 60 percent of their shots in Game 5) hit 10 of their first 13 shots while Miami hit 7 of 10 to start. In particular, Tim Duncan was really on, hitting all six of his first quarter shots and finished with 12 points and 3 rebounds in the quarter.

The Spurs stuck with Manu Ginobili in the starting lineup after his 24-point, 10-assist outing in Game 5 and he was held scoreless. Meanwhile, the Heat stuck with Mike Miller being held scoreless each of the last two games. Miller got off early though, hitting a three-pointer early on.

Mario Chalmers had 10 points in the first quarter to lead the Heat, including a pair of threes, while Danny Green was held without a three.
