Halftime update: Heat 49, Spurs 49.

The Heat, which ended the first quarter on a 24 – 11 run, started the second with a 8 – 2 run to take a 37 – 28 lead with 8:52 left and led by as many as 10 points. A determined LeBron James has scored 15 off of 7 for 11 shooting—he had just 15 points in all of Game 3. Teammate Dwayne Wade has continued his trend of quick starts, scoring 14 points in the first 24 minutes.

Mike Miller, who was in the starting lineup to give the Heat a hot-shooter to open up the lane, has no points in 11 first half minutes and has attempted just one shot.

After falling behind on double-digits early in the second, the Spurs ended the half on an 18 – 8 run to tie the game at 49.

Tony Parker has had the hot hand, scoring a team-high 15 points to go along with six assists. The Spurs, which had an NBA Finals-record 16 threes in Game 3 have 4 in 7 attempts thus far. Danny Green only has attempted on three, which he drained, but has missed his three field goal attempts since then.
