Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s fashion label, The Row, will open a flagship store on the Upper East Side by the end of this year.

The store will span three floors of a former townhouse at 17 East 71st Street: the basement level, ground and second floors, with a total of 3,733-square-feet. The property is located just off Madison Avenue, less than a block from Central Park.

Chris Conlon, Executive Vice President and COO of Acadia Realty Trust, which owns the building, said the property was ideal for luxury retailers. It “presents potential tenants with a canvas to create something special and establish a brand identity in an intimate setting where shoppers can feel at home at an attractive rent,” he said in a statement.

The building the twins’ flagship will reside in is a six-story townhouse built in 1910. The property has a classic façade, Juliette balconies, French doors, and dormer windows.
