ATLANTA—The Divine Performing Arts (DPA) International Company 2009 World Tour had its final performance in Atlanta on Saturday night Dec. 20 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center.

Audience members were amazed at the beauty and diversity of the show, two of them being Mr. & Mrs. Lane. When asked what they thought of the show Mrs. Lane said, “Wonderful, we really enjoyed it.” Mr Lane added, “It is very good, better than we expected.”

Mr. Lane, a physician who also plays in a band, really appreciated the live orchestra, saying: “I think the orchestra makes all the performances so much better because you are hearing a world class orchestra play. I think the music part of the show is as good as everything else that is going on, like the performances and the costumes, it’s truly amazing.”

Mrs. Lane agreed, adding: “Yes the costumes were wonderful, they were really spectacular and vivid. I liked the vivid colors in the costumes.” She also talked about her favorite dance Persecuted on a Sacred Path saying, “My favorite one was where the man died and went off to heaven.”

The next performance will be at the Jesse H. Jones Hall for the Performing Arts in Houston on Monday Dec. 22.
