How to Make: Raw Vegan ‘Eggnog’ (+Gifs)

Eggnog is probably the all-time favorite holiday drink. This recipe creates a thick and creamy nog that is easy enough to make.

INGREDIENTS – 

1 cup (143 g) cashews, soaked overnight
3 – 4 cups (720 ml – 1L) water
1 cup (176 g) dates
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

1. Drain the soaked cashews.

2. Start with 3 cups of water, transfer all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add more water.
