Heiress accused of stabbing: A Manhattan heiress to a real estate fortune is accused of stabbing a life coach with a fork, just a few months after she was arrested for choking another coach.

The New York Post reported that Joselyn Wohl, 33, the daughter of real estate magnate Larry Wohl, assaulted life coach Sajjadur Rahman, 31, with a fork.

“Without just cause or provocation, Joselyn Wohl intentionally struck, battered and assaulted [Rahman],”  reads court documents obtained by the Post.

Eric Richman, Rahman’s attorney, said it could have been worse.

“It was a defensive move. If he hadn’t gotten his hand up, she would have stabbed him in the face,” he said. “Sajjadur lost his job because he didn’t want to go back there after that to ensure his safety,” Richman added.

In December, Heather McKean, Wohl’s former sobriety coach, sued Wohl for assaulting her.

“One day Joselyn made up her mind she didn’t want Heather around anymore and attacked her on the stairwell and yanked her down the stairs,” Bryan J. Swerling, the attorney for McKean, told DNAInfo.com.

“It took [McKean] by surprise,” Swerling elaborated. “It’s my understanding that Joselyn has had some prior outbursts.”
