Harbin Residents Experience Censorship During Pandemic

Harbin city, capital of Heilongjiang province, located in the northeast of China, becomes the new epicenter of the CCP virus pandemic following Wuhan.

Mr. Yu is a Harbin resident. He and his wife were both harrassed by the police because of their online messages about the pandemic.
