[xtypo_dropcap]T[/xtypo_dropcap]oronto police have come under intense scrutiny after a video showing a man being arrested and beaten during the G20 protests in Toronto was published on YouTube.
Chief Bill Blair says the video has been tampered with but Ontario’s Special Investigations Unit will reopen its investigation of the incident.
