Police in Los Angeles said that five men who were working on a car were all injured during a possible gang-related drive-by shooting on Saturday night, Jan. 27, according to KTLA.

CBS Los Angeles reported that all were listed in critical condition.

There are no suspects currently in custody. Police believe there were multiple shooters.

“I saw the guys out here, they’d been out here all day. They weren’t bothering anybody, just fixing on the car,” local man Patrick Washington told KTLA.

A fire department vehicle responding to the shooting with its lights and siren on, collided with a civilian vehicle nearby, causing non-life-threatening injuries, ABC7 reported.
