A fisherman grabbed a venomous snake out of a fish’s mouth.

He filmed the encounter in Australia, reported the Telegraph.

The fisherman, 44-year-old Andy Warton, was fishing between April 23 and April 25 near the Tiwi Islands in Australia’s Northern Territory.

The snake is specifically a spotted black snake (or blue-bellied black snake), which is one of the most venomous in Australia.

“I’ve been fishing since I was six years old and fishing in Northern Australian waters since 1999 and I have never seen anything like this before,” he told the Mirror.

“The snake had only just been eaten as it was still partly moving despite having a big chunk of flesh out of its side.”

“When I saw this unfolding I reached for the phone and thought it was worth recording. The reaction to this video has been unbelievable with over 9,000 views.”
