NEW YORK—Firefighters are battling a fire in a high-rise building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
The 3-alarm blaze broke out at a building on 59th Street near 10th Avenue just before 5 p.m. Thursday.
Fire officials say three people have suffered non-life threatening injuries.
