A fire has been reported at the NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan, the Fire Department of New York said on Wednesday morning, Dec. 14.
Photos showed flames emitting from the top of the building.
Emergency crews are responding, PIX11 reported, which added that flames were reported on the fifth floor of the medical center.
There were no injuries reported, according to PIX11.

As of 12:30 p.m., the hospital hasn’t been evacuated. The fire is not deemed a threat to patients.

The fire could be seen as far away as Fifth Avenue.
