Facebook and Instagram users reported outages across the world---with many in the United States and Europe reporting errors.
According to website Down Detector, there were “problems at Facebook” as of 2 p.m. ET on Thursday.
Many users said that they couldn’t post anything, some said they couldn’t log into their accounts at all, and others said they couldn’t upload photos or videos.
Instagram users also reported similar outages.
On Twitter, many users said that they couldn’t post or log into their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Facebook has not issued a statement on the matter.
